The Scout Association

I joined the Scouts as a contractor at a time when the organisation was moving towards a sleeker, more modern web presence. After coding a robust template structure, I extended the design to create and develop a large support and account section. The new site features jQuery, and CSS3 features including an integrated use of the Association's primary font. I also created additional stylesheets for visually impaired people

Bounty
As a contractor with Bounty, I was required to provide design and development to aid in the company's migration to a Drupal website. Work included the design and coding of additional pages based on new templates and the incorporation of new technologies such as sIFR and MooTools. After a short break, I was rehired by the company to implement ideas raised by a period of user experience.

Pank Sethi Photography
Pank Sethi was using an established portfolio service but contacted me because he wanted a bespoke site which was modern, minimalist and offered quick and easy access to the range of his photographic work. Images on the site are presented in a modest size to discourage copying and are presented in a slideshow built using jQuery.

Bond Street Languages
This thriving and innovative Language School is headed by a dynamic Spanish director. Having already commissioned a logo, she asked me to build a site with a lively look and feel which would gather together large amounts of information in a logical and accessible way. Along with design and development, I provided additional graphics to keep the visual friendly and a sidebar for access to additional resources.

Alberti Brass
I was contacted by this innovative five-person brass group to provide them with a new website with a Content Management System built around their logo colours. They requested a black theme which I designed and coded using the Drupal framework and the site is now fully managed by the group.

Pamela Hay - Soprano
With her career blossoming, Pamela asked me to provide her with a new website that she could continue to manage herself, but which would more effectively convey her professionalism and range of skills. I created her new site using Wordpress and she has found the site very easy to maintain.
